Terms of Service

By using GoalRush you confirm you are at least 18 and legally permitted to join skill-based prediction pools in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Service if you reside in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Singapore, and Australia, or any region where crypto prediction pools require a licence we do not hold.

GoalRush is a non-custodial, skill-based football prediction pool on Polygon. Players submit scores for fixed fixture sets and may receive USDT based on accuracy. The Service is operated by Goal Rush Technology. We do not hold your funds; transactions run between your wallet and the smart contract.

You are responsible for your wallet, keys, and devices. We cannot recover lost keys, reverse confirmed transactions, or restore a compromised wallet. We will never ask for a seed phrase.

• Use if you are under 18, self-excluded, or legally restricted
• Bots or scripts against the contract
• Circumventing geo-blocks, self-exclusion, or sanctions
• Laundering funds or misrepresenting eligibility

The GoalRush contract audit is currently in review. Audits reduce but do not eliminate smart contract, oracle, stablecoin, regulatory, and network risk. Only commit funds you can afford to lose.

Wallet & Safety lets you self-exclude on-chain for 24 hours up to permanently. That block cannot be reversed early. Help: BeGambleAware.org.

The Service is provided as is. Nothing here is financial, legal, or investment advice. We do not warrant the accuracy or timeliness of scores, settlements, or payouts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goal Rush Technology is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate direct liability is capped at USDT you committed in the 30 days before the claim.

Material changes will be announced in-app and on the official GoalRush Telegram channel.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Curaçao. Class actions are waived.
